It has been a big year for Ella Cannon. She and her family of 5 moved from Melbourne to live in Shepparton in rural Victoria in the midst of Covid lockdowns and now she has become Hive’s newest Principal. HiveFive!
Ella’s commitment to providing high quality specialised legal services has enabled her to build a thriving digital health practice that offers commercial and regulatory advice within this highly regulated sector. She advises a number of leading digital health companies, working with them to develop their telehealth and digital capabilities in a time of phenomenal growth, and is a recognised thought leader in the area. She also provides privacy and general commercial and regulatory assistance to national clients through our HiveGC+ arrangements.
Enabled by Hive’s flexible work practices (which have been in place way before Covid forced the issue) Ella delivers these services and works effectively with our other Hivesters remotely from the Goulburn Valley. This means as well as assisting our national clients she provides regional clients with access to excellence and innovation in legal services, along with an understanding of local issues and community.
