I have extensive M&A experience as well as expertise in corporate advisory, governance, restructures and general commercial matters such as goods and services arrangements. My clients have ranged from large multinationals to exciting start-ups and venture capital firms to enthusiastic local charities, all spanning a variety of industry sectors, including media, technology, telecommunications and financial services. I enjoy working closely with my clients so I can understand their business needs and deliver practical, useful and pragmatic advice.

As a lawyer in the Financial Services team, I assist with a broad range of matters associated with the lifecycle of a fund and fund management.
