Helping to Clarify the Purpose and Future Direction of the Victorian Legal Services Board & Commissioner’s Consumer Panel

We worked with the Victorian Legal Services Board & Commissioner’s newly formed Consumer Panel, responsible for bringing the consumer voice to the regulation and delivery of legal services, by using HiveThink^P to clarify the panel’s purpose, vision and values in order to develop a human-centred strategic agenda.
